Tanah Di Baruh shoot took place in Tasek Chini and Pekan Pahang itself. It’s a 1Malaysia Concepted. There are Chinese who dialogues in Malay, so are the Malays & Indians, all ‘bertutur’ menggunakan Bahasa Malaysia.

Where we stayed, which was an hour away from town, or maybe if you speed, you will only take 30mins but the road’s quite dangerous since we have to go through the huge ladang kelapa sawit. Well, as usual. I dont write well, I’ll just let the photos do the talkings.

Hun Shen/Ah Wan, as my boyfriend aka fiance.

Kenji as Hun Shen’s brother. As the evil one. But in the end, karma hits him.

The usual silly me trying to self-snap. But it kinda works in a way! *hehe*

We shoot at Kampung Cina. Where there are lots of old ‘usang’ houses. Kids from the owner house were playing. Feels like “Life is simple and just enjoy the ride; Have fun!”

The brother & sister. Brother was really hard to approach, but at the end of my shoot day, I asked him “Adik, adik boleh ke amik kan air kat akak? Boleh?” Then he did! He totally did! He’s a quiet one but observant. =)

Sister is a slow-learner but very cute! Every single time she’s done bathing, she will ask and shout and you saying: “Tak mandi? Buchukk! Awak?” Me: “Tak mandi” She: “Buchukk! *laughs* Buchukk!”

Cute.

“Eh-Eleh.. Orang suruh payungkan budak-budak tuh… diaorang main-main pulak kat situ~Kesian budak-budak tu kepanasan kan?!” Haha! Silliness during shoots are fun!

 Ending Creditz~ We were in Terengganu! Ahaha! Drove there just for local delicacy Satar! My first time trying Satar! Sedap giler babs punyer!! *hahaha!*

In Conclude:

With Tanah Di Baruh, there are many more actors involved in this shoot. Particularly, Acapan, Ayu Raudhah, Ezany, Ozlyn Wati and much more. Didn’t actually get to meet them, but it was an opportunity to be able to be in a drama series with them.

For this shoot, I had an accident. Well, don’t get me wrong. I am totally fine. But, the first day I reached at Pahang, as I was driving and following one of the prop van back to where we live.. Someone bang a Babi Hutan, it was dead. But I was one of them who did not managed to avoid ‘Elak’ the babi.. I banged it. Great isn’t it? Sial betul lah aku langgar babi hutan tu. Aduh. Couldn’t sleep well that very night, the whole left side of the car was stained with the pig’s blood. The first thing that very morning, I sent my car for washing. Thank God the Car Wash kids were budak-budak orang Asli. So the very considerate-nice Malay boss let the budak-budak orang Asli wash my car and they were instructed to throw away the cloth & baldi after washings. That was a very kind act of him. =)
